Yasda first started in a small factory in 1929 in Osaka City, Japan, producing engine cylinder boring machines. 2009 marked our 80th anniversary and through the last eighty years we have constantly strived to make the best machines in the world using our highly skilled engineers with out high level of unique engineering expertise handed down through the generations to product the most accurate and reliable machines.

Nevertheless, we believe grater accuracy can be created by hand scraping since hand scraping is the principle of our manufacturing. This technique maintains the accuracy of every YASDA machine.
