The optical profile grinding machines meet the highest quality and operation

Demands:

Ultra-precision machining with in-process optical inspection via the projector. This unique technology is the basis for the success of the GLS-5T. Contour accuracies of down to 1μm are achieved and the operator may choose the most suitable method of operation – manual, NC assisted, CNC controlled and with up to 5-axis interpolation. Using the teach-in playback function, even grinding wheel wear can be easily compensated.

The Meister G3 is a multi tool that is perfectly suited for simple and complex machining tasks.  Steel, carbide, ceramics and other materials can be ground in manual mode or in CNC mode.  The machines are equipped with dressing and continuous path grinding technology and can be  used for surface and profile grinding.
