X-axis and Z-axis positioning accuracy over the entire displacement stroke is 0.005 mm and thus meets the high ISO 230-2 X-axis and Z-axis repeatability over the entire displacement stroke is 0.0025 mm and also meets the requirements of ISO 230-2.
