FEMCO

FATEK (Factory Automation Technology) was established in 1990 as a subsidairy of FEMCO. FATEK designs, manufactures, sells & distributes a full line  CNC Horizontal Boring Mills, CNC Wheel Turning Machines and CNC Housing Type Plano Mills. FATEK manages
the manufacturing process for the full line of FEMCO CNC Machine Tools from start to finish.

  • The BMC 110R is the smallest model in the BMC series. It is produced in ISO 50 standard, 35-speed spindle gear, 90-degree rotary tableX-ray, Y, Z-axis, FANUC or SIEMENS spindles.

  • The spindle extends up to 900mm,allows for deep hole maching with maximum stability.

The BMC 135R is the largest BMC series product. The standard comes with 250mm wide guides, which offer increased rigidity and performance.

The processing table has a size of 2200mm x 2200mm with a processing capacity of 20000kg.

Extreme rigidity and stability offer the possibility of machining large pieces. Axes X, Y, and Z are equipped with standard glass rails for high precision.

The dimensions of the axes are:
